CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & RETURNS: Accepted only with prior written approval from Logo It(hereby referred to as Seller). No cancellations will be accepted if order is in process. Any costs incurred by Seller prior to notification of cancellation will be invoiced. Changes to orders (prior to production) will usually require an extra cost. Please inquire. Seller has the right to refuse worn items. CUSTOMIZATION: Total imprint responsibility lies with Buyer after submitting artwork or approving a proof. Seller assumes all copy and art submitted is in full compliance with copyright and trademark laws. Buyer holds Seller harmless for any and all claims costs resulting from anything customized for Buyer. PRODUCT: Seller cannot guarantee shade, color, size, texture, or construction of finished goods as they may vary from lot to lot. Exact duplication of PMS(pantone matching system) colors is not always possible. In this case, Seller will match the colors as closely as possible. SHIPPING: Title to the goods shall pass to Buyer upon delivery FOB(Freight On Board) cars, vessels, trucks at the point of origin of the shipment to Buyer. Seller is not responsible for delays, lost goods or damages caused by the freight carrier but will assist in tracking. Shipping dates if mentioned by Seller are estimated and not guaranteed. In the event Seller shall be unable or fail at any time to make or supply the goods covered hereby because of fire, explosion, earthquake, windstorm, breakdown, strike, lockout, combination of workmen or other labor trouble, flood, drought or other adverse water conditions, embargo, war, riot, act of God or the public enemy, action or request of any governmental authority or agency, delay or failure of carriers or contractors, labor shortage, or inability to obtain from regular sources raw materials, operating materials, plant equipment or materials required for maintenance and repairs, or any contingency or delay or failure or cause beyond the control of the Seller, whether or not of the kind hereinabove specified, and whether or not any such contingency is presently occuring, SELLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO BUYER FOR FAILURE TO SUPPLY DURING THE PERIOD AND TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH DISABILITY INCLUDING SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES(INCLUDING PROFITS OR PROFITS LOST).
