A. Do You Want to Email Your Art to Us? Please follow these 6 steps: 1. Verify your art is the desired size. If it needs to be resized, please inform us with your preferences. If you are going to print 2 or more colors, PLEASE CALL so we can discuss your art before proceeding! 2. Halftones(tinted, shaded areas or shadows) are not acceptable for most items. 3. Convert all fonts to vectors (also referred to as "outlines" or "curves") if your software allows. 4. Acceptable file formats (listed in order from most preferred to least preferred): .eps, .ai, .pdf, .psd, .tif or .jpg(must be 300 dpi minimum). As a last resort, we may be able to work with a .doc. Please DO NOT submit art downloaded from a website since it is always low resolution (only 72 dpi). We have Adobe Illustrator CS5, Photoshop, Acrobat Reader & WinZip (not Stuffit). For FREE, we can layout up to 5 lines of text per print location (see part "B" below). 5. Print-out a copy of your art to confirm it is "sharp" (smooth edges, no blurry edges & no tiny dots) before emailing the file to us. 6. Email to art@logoit.(com) [remove the parentheses around "com" before sending]. For your convenience, we offer art services at $50 per hour (1 hour minimum). B. Do You Want Us to Layout Custom Text for You? (No Logo or Art) For FREE, we can layout up to 5 lines of text per print location. However, this does not mean the Setup charge, if applicable, is free. For setting more lines than this, the cost is $20. For your text preferences, you can either email, fax or enter them under "comments" during the online ordering process! Faxing may be your best choice since you can visually display to us the way you want it arranged! To help us meet your custom text needs, please supply this info: 1. Your font preference: simple, script(cursive)... or a particular font name (we may not have the exact one so please list an alternative)? 2. Plain or Bold? 3. UPPER CASE, lower case or Upper-Lower Case? 4. Do you want any words to be arched? 5. Do you want a piece of clip art added? (see part "D" below) 6. What parts of the print do you want to stand-out? C. Do You Want Us to Add Custom Text to Your Supplied Logo or Art? For FREE, we can add up to 5 lines of text per print location. However, this does not mean the Setup charge, if applicable, is free. For setting more lines than this, the cost is $20. D. Do You Want Us to Supply a Piece of Stock Clip Art? (i.e. a simplified drawing of a house, scales of justice, hearts, basketball...)
